Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing SparshBio’s online marketing campaigns. You will work on multiple channels including search engines, social media, email, and content marketing to drive traffic, engage audiences, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and has a passion for storytelling with data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing)
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet company goals
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Perform ongoing keyword research and identify opportunities for SEO optimization
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to increase SparshBio’s brand visibility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms
- Proficiency in content marketing strategies, including blog writing and social media management
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and how to grow engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with biotech or health-related marketing campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML for website updates and blog posting
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
- Basic understanding of graphic design and experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
