Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer at SparshBio, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across the entire stack. From creating responsive front-end interfaces to developing scalable back-end solutions, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of all digital components. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the web development process, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, including front-end and back-end systems
• Design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services
• Work with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and responsive front-end features
• Build and manage databases and ensure smooth data flow between systems
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance web visibility
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards
• Collaborate with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, research) to translate business needs into technical requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience with back-end technologies: PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities
• Familiarity with web hosting environments, including cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Experience with security best practices and data protection standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce)
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
• Experience with performance optimization for web applications
• Familiarity with modern development practices like Agile or Scrum
